Return/Exchange Policy

Shipping fees include costs for the selected UPS shipping menhod and all product packaging and handling costs.
Please contact us for any special or expedited shipping requirements for your order.
All wine shipments require a signature for receipt by individuals over the age of 21 years. By placing an order, you are warranting to us that you are 21 years of age.
The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines and subject to all applicable state and/or local laws.
By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
If shipment is returned for any reason other than Happy Canyon Vineyards®’s error, the customer is responsible to pay for any additional shipping required.
While we take precautions to avoid shipping during inclement weather, Happy Canyon Vineyards® assumes no liability for wine damaged due to poor weather during transport. This can include leakage, freezing, or corks pushing out of the neck. So, be sure of shipping conditions before placing your order.
